We are a couple that have been married for 22 years. We met after college and married after dating for three years. We hoped to have had a family with biological children. That did not work out for us. Two years of marriage and we were expecting our first child. At 19 weeks Fatima was born. Too early to survive, we experienced her warm embrace of a finger hold for the few minutes she was alive. We are a spiritual couple and we offered this child to the Virgin of Fatima. After eight years of marriage we adopted two wonderful children and adopted a third a year and a half later. As wonderful as these children are we know they came from troubled beginnings. They have taught us how important it is to have a strong, loving and faithful beginning. From this we are being driven on a mission to provide not only a wide open space for these children but to also create a rural setting that young people and adults can experience the loving embrace of God. Life is short and we have a mission and desire to give back to others. To help them become a full and active part of society. With the loving direction of God we are creating this living mission to be able to turn peoples lives around and to be able to change their lives forever.
